We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our dynamic mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly cross-platform applications for both Android and iOS. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualization and UI/UX implementation to deployment and maintenance.

- Application Development: Architect, build, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications with clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs, custom animations, and adaptive layouts that provide a seamless user experience across devices.
- State Management: Implement efficient state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX) to ensure smooth performance and scalability.
- API Integration: Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs to fetch and manage data securely and efficiently.
- Performance Optimization: Diagnose and fix bugs, optimize app speed, responsiveness, and memory management to ensure a native-like performance.
- Testing & Deployment: Write unit, widget, and integration tests. Handle app publishing on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including version updates and bug fixes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure smooth app functionality and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.
- Proven experience in building and deploying cross-platform apps for both Android and iOS.
Additional Requirements
- Strong command of the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and Material Design guidelines.
- Experience with state management libraries (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX).
- Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications).
- Knowledge of offline storage solutions (Hive, SQLite, Shared Preferences).
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines for app deployment.
- Familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
