ADVANTAGE: SKILLS & EMPLOYMENT —
Openingpathwaystoinclusiveskillsandemployment
GIZ’s ADVANTAGE initiative supports equitable access to skills development and employment for disadvantaged women, Hijra people and persons with disabilities in Bangladesh. Drawing on the Equal Access Study, the communication assignment addresses gender stereotypes, information gaps and social barriers that limit participation in training and the labour market.
RedOrange is developing an evidence-based, gender-responsive communication strategy, bringing 10 targeted campaign concepts together under a common umbrella. Through audience research, accessible print and digital materials, stakeholder consultations and capacity building, the work aims to strengthen awareness, challenge exclusionary attitudes and build support for inclusive training and employment across Dhaka Division.
