DHAKA SANITATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (DSIP) —
Buildingunderstandingandtrustforbettersanitation
This project aims to increase access to safely managed sanitation services in selected areas of Dhaka through new and rehabilitated infrastructure, improved alternative sanitation systems and stronger institutional capacity. Effective communication connects these improvements with the people they serve, helping communities understand the project and engage with Dhaka WASA.
RedOrange supports the development and implementation of DSIP’s communication and stakeholder engagement strategy along with Dhaka WASA’s corporate strategy through mass media campaigns, communication tools, organisational rebranding and staff capacity building. The work focuses on timely information sharing, stronger customer relations and greater public confidence, while promoting good water supply and sanitation practices.
