Position Overview
RedOrange is hiring a senior Ivalua expert for a client's procurement transformation program. You will configure, integrate and support end-to-end Ivalua Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions, often integrated with SAP. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, and may lead and mentor other consultants.

- Configure Ivalua S2C and P2P solutions across sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing, GR/IR and invoicing.
- Design, build and maintain integrations between Ivalua and ERP systems, especially SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Maintain and improve a live Ivalua Buyer solution and its integrations.
- Gather business requirements and turn them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Write advanced SQL for configuration, data analysis, troubleshooting and reporting.
- Plan and run testing, including SIT and UAT.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment.
- Guide and mentor team members on technical matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on Ivalua solution configuration experience.
- Ivalua L3 Certification in Integration (API, EAI, ETL).
- Ivalua L3 Certification in both S2C and P2P.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- At least 3 full-cycle, end-to-end Ivalua implementations covering S2C and P2P with integrations (preferably to SAP).
- Functional, end-to-end knowledge of sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing, GR/IR and/or invoicing.
- Experience maintaining a live Ivalua Buyer solution with working integrations.
- Hands-on experience with integration methods and formats: SFTP, FTPS, AS2, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, CSV, XML, cXML, EDI, JSON.
- Experience writing functional and technical specifications and running UAT.
Good to Have
- Proven experience with the Ivalua PBI module.
- Ivalua integration with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP MM and SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
- Team leadership or technical mentoring experience.
